During my six month contract with Robert Half I focused on the 2022 salary guide. Up until the pandemic started the salary guide was print based. However, due to COVID-19 they saw the need to switch to digital. I was involved in every step of the way from lo-fi wireframes to stakeholder meetings, UAT testing, last minute design decisions, to launch day.
Through this project I gained not only design experience but also experience collaborating with a variety of different people across the company. As well as continued to improve my public speaking and presentation skills.
Meet the 2022 Salary Guide
Aside from the salary calculator widget, our “Localize your insights” was another component that makes getting real numbers easier and faster.
On every industry page there is a localize your insights map feature. Simply search for and select the city nearest you to automatically adjust salaries for regional cost of living, talent availability and other factors. If no selection is made, salaries will default to the national average.
We really focused on trying to make the Salary Guide easy to understand and navigate by adding graphs, icons, and breaking up the content.
